As he has already proven, all his so-called “3D chess” and his ‘mistakes’ CONSISTENTLY played into the hands of the Deep State. So if anything, Trump handcuffed himself by CONSISTENTLY surrounding himself with Swamp and Deep State insiders; Pompeo, Bolton, Haspel, Haley, Fauci, Abrams, Wurmser, Tillerson, Mattis, Birx, Acosta…the list goes on and on.
Even before his presidency, he was already widely know to be a fraud, a charlatan, and a liar, stuffing his creditors multiple times.

Trump doesn’t need to be “handcuffed” on NATO! He’s served the “Deep State swamp” as much as anybody had aside from a few rhetorics to placate his mostly slogan driven voters base.
