Why do we KNOW FOR SURE that Biden REALLY IS "frail and mentally confused"? We can see the reaction of people around Biden when he shows obvious signs of cognitive decline (eg. his wife in Normandy, Giorgia Meloni in Italy, or Barack Obama at fundraising in California). Anyone who doesn't have Asperger's syndrom, is able to notice and interpret those reactions to Biden correctly: they all know his mental state is very bad, otherwise they wouldn't help him.
